Welcome Message from the Coordinator

Welcome to the Master of Science in Leadership and Organisational Development programme at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). We are delighted to have you join a community committed to building leaders who can transform organisations and inspire teams.

Over two years, you will develop a deep understanding of leadership theory and practice and the cognitive, behavioural, and ethical competencies needed to lead at all levels of an organisation. You will learn from experienced faculty, engage in intensive coaching relationships, and graduate ready to provide vision, values, and direction for the transformation of organisations in both the public and private sectors. We look forward to supporting you on this journey.
