Welcome Message from the Programme Coordinator
Welcome to the Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems (MBA MIS) programme at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). It is a privilege to welcome you to a forward-thinking community where you will acquire the advanced knowledge and skills needed to lead digital transformation and harness the power of information systems for organisational growth and competitiveness.
Over two intensive years, you will move well beyond foundational concepts to master the strategic, analytical, and managerial dimensions of Management Information Systems. You will learn from experienced faculty, engage with industry practitioners, and develop the competencies required to serve as Chief Information Officers, IT project managers, business intelligence leaders, and digital transformation analysts in both public and private sector organisations. We look forward to supporting you on every step of this journey, and I encourage you to reach out to us at any time.
Philosophy of the Programme
The MBA MIS programme was developed in response to the growing global demand for advanced knowledge and skills in information systems management, driven by the fourth industrial revolution and its transformational impact on the business landscape.
