Welcome Message from the Coordinator

Welcome to the Master of Science in Pensions Management programme at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). We are delighted to have you join a programme that is preparing the next generation of pensions and social-security professionals for Ghana and beyond.

Over one intensive year, you will master pension systems, financing, regulation, risk, and accounting — combined with hands-on skills in data administration, financial modelling, and the use of analytical software such as Stata, JVM, and R. You will learn from experienced faculty, engage with industry practitioners, and graduate ready to advise governments, regulators, employers, and individuals on pension matters. We look forward to supporting you on this journey.
