Programme Philosophy
This programme is designed to cultivate information systems professionals who possess a profound comprehension of information systems concepts, modelling, integration, and their alignment with business strategy. In addition, the curriculum seeks to equip students with an extensive understanding of big-data computing solutions for business challenges, as well as cloud computing technologies that underpin current and evolving digital platforms driving business model changes.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Local Applicants
• A first degree, ideally a second-class lower or better, in information systems related disciplines from an accredited or recognized university. It is preferred that the degrees are in information systems, information technology, computer science, information studies, computer engineering, or telecommunications.
• Applicants with third class will be required to go through screening and selection interview.
International Applicants
• International applicants may be admitted based on qualifications from their home country institutions for which equivalence shall be determined by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) and submitted to the University.
• Evidence of proficiency in English Language will be required from students from non-English speaking countries.
