Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA)/Chartered Governance Institute
The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), now, Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) is the professional body that spearheads the certification, vetting and qualification of Company Secretaries and governance professionals globally. Established in 1891, the Institute represents the interests of the emerging profession of Company Secretaries. CGI examinations are three (3) hours long written twice a year.
The full qualifying programme is divided into two sections, Part One and Part Two, ALL making up a total of seven (7) modules:
